At Zivo CRM you are in control of your data. This page explains how to delete your data — whether you want to remove individual records, close your account entirely, or request deletion of data we obtained through Meta (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp).
Option 1 — Delete data yourself in the app
You can delete most data at any time directly inside Zivo CRM:
- Individual records: open any lead, contact, deal, task or message and use the delete action to remove it.
- Connected channels: go to Settings → Integrations and disconnect any channel (such as Meta/Facebook, Google or WhatsApp) to stop further data from flowing in.
Option 2 — Request full account & data deletion
To delete your entire account and all associated personal data, send us a request and we’ll take care of it:
- Email privacy@zivocrm.in from the email address associated with your Zivo CRM account.
- Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
- Tell us whether you want to delete your whole account or only specific data (for example, data from a particular integration).
We will verify your identity, confirm receipt, and complete the deletion within 30 days. After deletion, your data cannot be recovered. We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires us to (for example, for tax, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes).
Deleting data obtained through Meta (Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp)
If you connected your Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account to Zivo CRM (for example, for Lead Ads or WhatsApp messaging), you can have the data we received from Meta deleted in two ways:
- From Zivo CRM: go to Settings → Integrations and disconnect the Meta integration, then email privacy@zivocrm.in with the subject “Meta Data Deletion Request”.
- From Facebook: open Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, remove Zivo CRM, and choose to delete associated activity. Removing the app revokes our access to your Meta data going forward.
Once we receive your request, we will delete the personal data we obtained through Meta platforms within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements described above.
If you are a lead or customer of a business that uses Zivo CRM
If a business stored your information in Zivo CRM (for example, because you enquired with them), that business controls your data. Please contact the business directly to request deletion. If you’re unsure who holds your data, email us at privacy@zivocrm.in and we’ll help route your request.
